DocMentor
DocMentor is where a doctor goes for everything that is not the clinic: the people worth learning from, the courses worth taking, the suppliers worth buying from, and the conversation around all three.
Three kinds of person had to sign into the same app and find it already arranged for them — an individual, an instructor, a vendor — which is a question the interface has to ask early and then never ask again.

This is the prototype, running. It plays the first-run journey the way a new user meets it: three screens that say what the app is for, a phone number, a four-digit code, and then the one question that matters — are you an individual, an instructor or a vendor?
Answer it and the app rearranges itself around the answer. The feed leads with people to follow, the profile grows a Contact and a Request-a-product button, the marketplace opens. Everything after that is one navigation model: search at the top, filters under it, a tab bar that never moves.

The product either side of that journey: the timeline, a profile on its questions, a member’s own page, the channels and one of them opened, an offline course, the vendor directory, the marketplace, chats and a conversation, a request before and after it is accepted, notifications, a meeting, the composer, a contact card, a product request, saved posts, followed vendors, and the subscription.
